Dr. Fabien Majoro is a policy and governance expert with over 20 years of experience spanning public administration, development cooperation, resource governance, and strategic advisory. He currently serves as Project Manager for the EU co-funded Sustainable Development of the Mining Sector in Rwanda, implemented by GIZ, where he leads initiatives on responsible sourcing, digitalization, skills development, and environmental and social safeguards. Previously, he held senior leadership roles in the Office of the Prime Minister of Rwanda, including Director General of Government Action Coordination and Governance Advisor to the Prime Minister. Fabien holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Advanced Policy Studies from GRIPS, an LLM in International Human Rights Law from the University of Notre Dame, and an LLB from the National University of Rwanda.
